Teaching Case 6: Adenoidal Mucopus

Chronic cough and post nasal drip for 6 months (March-September) in a young mother with small children. She had repeated upper respiratory tract infections but even when cold sx improved the cough remained. She was allergic to dust mites, spring and fall pollens. PFTs were normal. Her endoscopy shows mucopus adherent to the adenoid but is there also a laryngeal pathology?
